6. Subscription and Payment

  • •Planana AI offers both free and premium subscription plans.
  • •Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • •You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • •You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be used as a starting point for your learning journey, not as definitive educational material.
  • •You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before relying on it.
  • •We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content.

8. Third-Party Services

  • •Planana AI may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to Supabase, Stripe, and DeepSeek AI.
  • •Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
  • •We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
  • •Any transactions or interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • •To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planana AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • •We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
  • •Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
